After a challenging year of being separated from our families in order to keep everyone safe, it feels like we’re finally beginning to emerge from our caves. Grandparents reuniting with their grandchildren in the airports have replaced service members reuniting with their dogs as my favorite videos. It’s probably not one of your top priorities, but now is actually the perfect time to discuss your parents’ estate plans with them. We’ve all been confronted with the importance of having things like healthcare powers of attorney in place, so now is a great time to be sure your parents are all set up.
